School Information and Policies

Important school documents are listed below for viewing.* If there is a policy that you would like to see and it is not displayed here please contact the school office and they will be happy to help.

We are required to notify you that the school has submitted a request for a variation to be made to the Admissions arrangements for the school for 2021-22.

The variation requested is in the church criteria of the admissions policy. This is where prospective parents complete a SIF (Supplementary Information Form) if they would like to apply for a school place as an active member of the Christian Church. For many policies this means attending church regularly for a fixed period. Due to the current Covid situation, this has not been possible due to Church Closures.

This request is made in order that parents seeking admission to the school on religious grounds can readily determine what the admissions oversubscription criteria are and how they may be met, and thereby enable the school to deal lawfully, fairly and transparently with admissions matters in the exceptional circumstances of the COVID19 pandemic.

The statement of variation requested is as follows:

“In the event that during the period specified for attendance at worship the church has been closed for public worship and has not provided alternative premises for that worship, the requirements of these [admissions] arrangements in relation to attendance will only apply to the period when the church or alternative premises have been available for public worship.”
