    Complaints

    Whilst we always endeavour to offer the best possible provision for your child, we recognise that we might not always get things right.

    In the vast majority of cases issues can be dealt with through a phone call or email to your child's class teacher.

    If the teacher fails to satisfy your concerns please follow the escalation protocol set out on our complaints page.
